(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if a Nepali citizen living abroad acquires the citizenship of a foreign country, the identity card obtained by him in accordance with this Act shall automatically be cancelled.
(2) If the identity card is canceled according to sub-section (1), the Nepalese citizen living abroad will not get any facilities and concessions as per this Act.
